This was just too joyful to ignore, especially at this season of the year.
Consider it a Christmas smack upside the head from ol’ Kris Kringle WTDR to:
a) Don’t take it all so seriously
b) Love life
c) Sing and dance just a little each day (and rejoice in the Lord, if that's what you do--yes, I do!)
d) There is no point d.

The people, from all walks of life, apparently, were recruited, had two rehearsals, and pulled off this apparently spontaneous dance routine with so much panache that you wouldn't know it was all part of a campaign to find someone to play Maria for a reality show. I thought it might have something to do with the 50th anniversary--I suppose it might, even so, since so much of context is what we assign ourselves. :)
By the way there were ten cameras taping and I believe all their angles are available on YouTube--as well as a handful of actual bystanders who shot video on their phones or had cams at hand.
